I'm using a OpenVPN service at work but at the same time I need the local IP to download subscribed papers. Is there any way to set one application (a browser for downloading) to use the direct connection while all the other apps in the system go through the OpenVPN's route?

Solution for Win/Mac/Linux are all appreciated.
