    Router with bandwith limiting capabilities

    Can someone recommend me a Wireless Router that has a bandith limiting capability? I want to be able to set a min/max DL limit for the IPs which are connected to it... is this possible? Is there such a device? thanks.

    is netlimiter a router? i want it to be a hardware thing as i dont want to install a software to each and every computer.

    some routers having QoS dont really have what i want. they can only restrict ports or applications such as email/browsing and such. i want a control where i can set the IP or MAC of a computer and give him an upload and download limit in kbps or such.......
