I need a new router that will cover approx 2250 sq ft flat.
Signal needs to go through upto 3 walls that are about 1 ft thick each.
The router can only be placed on 1 side of the flat and cannot be placed in the centre of the flat.

I need a good router that can atleast cover half the flat with good signal strength.

Planning on using it with equipment that will be b/g/n (2.4ghz).

I am in India and have access to limited range of routers. Looking to spend upto Rs.3000 / USD 70/-.

One on my first choice is the Asus RT-N13U, mainly because it also have an option to download torrents without requiring the computer to be on. How is this router?
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Networks- ASUS RT-N13U

What other alternatives are there IF I leave out the option to download torrents, considering I need best signal strength to penetrate the thick walls?

    Thanks

2000 sqt is not a problem for any router, solid wall is. given the current router price, i would rather get 2 and wired them together. not sure how much it cost for your country. I bought a 150N model for like 15 USD which works perfectly fine.
