I just purchased a new laptop about 2 weeks ago. I was also lucky enough to have a Netgear wireless router given to me by my boss. THe only probluem I am having is that if i leave ii on downloading, at some point it kills the internet connection, and they only way it will reconnect is for me to power off my router and then power it back on. Any ideas whatt could be causing this?

Make sure that in Power settings, your Harddrive doesn't Auto turn off after being idle for x amount of minutes.
