    Hi guys,

I have a Linksys SRX400 router and I have a funny problem. I turn on the router, and I try to get my laptop and other desktop with a wireless card in it to try to connect, but it's "unable to connect to the preferred network".

Afterwards, I go onto my other desktop PC that's connected to the router via ethernet cable and reset the router, but not back to factory default settings. Then, everything works fine.

Does anyone have any idea why this problem would occur?

    Thanks

Are you using any form of encryption? IF so you will need to enter your "key" in order to connect your router.
