    omg i am really annoyed with my current router....
    everytime i play a game (like bf2 or sc) it gives me really bad pings and lags.
    like 250 and can;t play the game... any idea to solve this??

    Playing wired or wireless?

    Some ISP have terrible ping times. Comcast is one of the worst. Since the cable is basicly a party line it varies with how man persons are using it at the same time. If you have more that 1 user on the router can slow things down to.

    Gaming routers use QoS to prioritise. Remember routers are also doing firewall functions too, so this can slow things down too.

    The best way to test is do a direct connection to your modem or ISP bypassing the router.
