In my home. my laptop get conneted to the router and works. On other hand, my wife's get connected but says no internet connection - displays a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in miidle.
However, I can connect to internet through any other laptops and even access the router via admin account, and browse the web.

I am assuming you have already tried shutting down and restarting her computer and the connection "diagnostics" - the latter are rarely very helpful. I would next try checking the wifi adapter in her computer - make sure it has the latest drivers and is installed properly - check under device manager. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers - that would reset and reinstall the TCP/IP stack.. Since it says it's "connected", a hardware problem such as loose connection or sick card seems unlikely. Let us know what happens.
    Best,

Check the Power Mode that your wife's laptop is running in. Make sure it's not something like "Battery Saver" sometimes in those lo energy modes the wireless nic gets automatically turned off internally to save energy. Change the setting to a high performance option and retry. HTH.
