    Hey Everyone,

I am going to disconnect my cable TV and just rely on Netflix/torrenting. I am looking at getting a Roku 2 XD, which will stream Netflix to my TV wirelessly at 1080p. My question to you all is this: What sort of wireless router do I need to do this successfully? ie: Netflix not pausing ever 10 seconds to buffer.

I will be doing this in a regular sized apartment, so the router will be close to the TV. I currently have a Linksys wireless b router, but I'm not sure if I'll need an N or not.

    What do you guys think?

If your streaming hi-def content I would recommend an N router. Just because it'll offer you faster connection over the air.

I agree on going with N if you go with the XD.. N routers aren't that expensive any more anyways.

depending on how close your router is going to be, you could step up to the XS and have a wired connection..
