    Hello,

One of the biggest problems I am going to have with this set-up is the difficulty in physically accessing the router. The wiring is kept in a room that is locked a lot. I've been reading a lot of reviews about various routers that need to be restarted constantly (typically with Netgear WGR614, Belkin F5D7230-4 and some Linksys routers like the WRT54G). I'd really like to avoid a router like this.

I also need to keep it fairly cheap. Various people will have access to this locked room, so I don't really want to keep a $120 router there. I've been looking at the Linksys WRT54GL, but I'm not entirely sure.

Primary purpose of router: MMO gaming.
    Physical distance from router: 30ft
Obstacles inbetween router: A flimsy (VERY flimsy) wooden wall and door.

Any ideas? Thank you for any input.

Regarding rebooting, it is often possible to log in through the wired network and do a reboot (obviously this won't work if the router has hung). Download and check the manual for any router on your short list to see if offers this facility.
