Basically what this FREE service does is replace the DNS addresses your ISP gives you with their own. It's totally free and their DNS service is much more reliable than your ISP's. I am no networking expert but using their two DNS addresses I was able to fix my internet after my ISP's DNS servers went down today.

I made this recommendation last week it is a great service. SIgn up for the dashboard, and you can have DNS shortcuts, logging, and custom error pages. It is a great service.
