I upgraded my T734 from Intel 7260N to RTL8821-based AzureWave AW-CB161H, but Bluetooth isn't even recognized. Is it safe to assume that since Bluetooth works on 7260N, it will also work on 7260AC and/or 3160HMW? Which 802.11ac+BT combo half-size mini PCIe card would you recommend in my situation?

If BT worked on an "n" version than it should work on "ac" one as well, that's a reasonable assumption.
I think 7260ac would be a good choice. It's not a particularly great card but Intel cards never were (in spite of what people seem to think)

@tape4backup there were no Bluetooth entries in the device manager, so either the card is faulty, or some lanes required for proper functionality weren't wired to the slot. I ordered a 7260 AC to be on the safe side, and planning to put AW-CB161H in one of the machines I service as 802.11ac upgrade.

Update: 7260 AC works just fine.
