Does anyone have experiences with a cheap, okay-performance wireless router? My family has one desktop and a laptop, but I'll be using the laptop at college in three months so my parents would be back to using just their cable modem. That's why we would rather not spend $80 when we could spend half that.

The desktop uses Ethernet and the laptop has the Intel Pro/Wireless 3945a/b/g adapter.

Thanks for the help in advance :)

This seems like a good deal for my cable internet and I like how I can pick it up at Circuitcity on my way to work. Thanks!

Linksys is usually good, I have the WAG54GS which i've found to be very reliable.

I'm also a big fan of Linksys, which is ofcourse manufactured by Cisco. I have the WRT54GL which is a pretty basic but reliable and fast router. I find the linksys interface to be comprehensive enough and yet simply enough, good security if you take the time to set it up good and proper, and the hardware itself is reliable, physically durable, and lasts. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124190

Netgear is good to. But stay away from Belkin at all costs.

Why stay away from Belkin? Are they like the Microsoft of wireless routers? I am getting a USB mouse for my laptop from them because it's only $14 but if they're some kind of shady reseller that gives you bad products then i would like to know please.
