I just bought a desktop for my wife and since it has a warranty, I don't really want to open up the case and install anything. Consequently I'd like to purchase a good quality 300Mbps Wireless N USB Adapter . Any brand is fine. My wireless router is on the second floor and the desktop will be at most about 50ft away on the floor below.

    Thanks in advance!

I use a Linksys WUSB600N, works great but i bought over a year ago so they probably have newer models out.

Either of the major brands should be fine. IE Netgear, Cisco/Linksys, D-link, etc.

    Take care,
    Shannon
