I have the above, and also something called a 1394 Net Adapter, installed onto my laptop. Will I be able to use highspeed internet wirelessly, or will I need to buy an additional PCI card?

It's not the same question. Similiar subject, but different question. Plus the other thread was about a different computer as well.

1394 Net Adapter = Firewire - Mostly used in iPods and Digital Vid Cams

To answer ur other thread, If ur laptop is wireless ready it would mean that you can get wireless connection pretty much right away. If ur laptop is Wireless compadable it mean that you would most likely have to buy a Mini PCI card and usualy the aerial is already placed into the laptop.

then make it obvious. put both questions in one post. at the very least, list the make and model of the computers in question.

you need to provide more info if you want help.
