    Hi,

    I set up a wireless network at my home. At first, laptops were connecting ot internet just fine. Then I put a password on the router. My laptops can still connect to the network now but with limited connectivity. Meaning i'm connected but can't surf the web. The laptop has vista. can i get some help please

    What router do you have? What laptops? Which operating systems (don't just say Vista - be specific)?

    You say "I put a password on the router" - what does that mean? Did you change the admin password, or did you set up wireless security? Which wireless security are you using?

    Did you reboot your computers after applying changes to the router?

    Sounds like you added wireless security and didn't configure the systems to connect to it.
