    Hi!

I am currently using Netgear wndr3700 wireless router. i just got this wireless adapter and at home, i can only connect at 54mbps!

    Newegg.com - Premiertek PL-18N USB 2.0 GAMEBASE Adapter 2X9DBI ANTENNA

other computers in my house are connected to the 3700 wireless router in N mode @ 150-300mbps.

I brought the Premiertek wireless adapter to use at my workplace and it could connect to Apple store in N mode at the speed of 144mbps!

So, i guess there should be something going between this adapter and my wireless router? Anyone who is familiar with this please help me out!!!

    Many thanks

P.S: this Premiertek (Ralink RT3072 chipset) is fast and has super-long range!
