I bought a new laptop a little over a week ago and am having issues with its wifi connection.

1.) It is intermittently failing to load some websites.

2.) When I go to speedtest.net it fails the upload test. It however passes the test with flying colors when I run the speedtest desktop app, this makes me think that upbound traffic may only be blocked on a specific port.

3.) I can stream to twitch just fine when connecting the laptop via ethernet, but the moment I disconnect the ethernet cord it immediately chokes and dies. This is almost surely a result of whatever causes speedtest's upload test to show as having failed.
