    Please help I can not get my wireless to work

    I have an acer labtop, and verizon dsl. I have been using it with no problems until today i tried to get online. I called verizon and they said it was not a problem on there end that it was my wireless card. Here is what i do know though.

    I can connect when the dsl cable is plugged into my computer directly.
    My connection for wireless says it is connected.

    Anyone know how to fix this. I tried calling Acer but the wait was 83 minutes just to talk to someone.

    Look in your device manager. Is your wireless NIC ok?

    Do you get any messages when you boot into Windows?
