    Hello all,

I am in desperate need of help. I have contacted tech support and had 2 technicians visit me, and nobody has solved this problem (which REALLY surprises me). Here's the deal: I moved to a new apartment with Comcast service. I am currently connected to my modem with a yellow ethernet cable. I am not connected to my router, Lil Taco, which is showing full signal but no Internet access. I'm including a picture. Basically, in simplest terms, I want to be connected to one network which has wireless access. Now, why am I connected to two and why doesn't Lil Taco have Internet access if everyone says I do? Do they need to be merged with a cord or in some fun configuration thing I don't know about. Please help. I feel like I'm losing my mind a bit.

Do you have another yellow ethernet cable connected from modem to your router?

Make sure that "yellow" cable is not a cross-over cable (a lot of yellow ones are). You'll need a cat5 or cat6 ethernet cable from the modem to your router in order for the wireless router to work, not just one from the modem to your computer.
