This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Overheating Modem

    I dont know if anyone else has this problem, but my modem gets very very hot almost too hot to touch. This would cause it to cut out and we would lose internet for hours at a time before it decided to start working again. After being kicked off of many games of COD MW2 I got sick of it and made a very simple, almost redneck was of cooling it.
