Orange (wanadoo)

After being with wanadoo for a good 4 years, orange have finally taken over, and what a cock up they have made of it. Since orange have taken over, my connection is always failing, for days at a time. Im wondering if any of the good people on this site have Orange (wanadoo) with the livebox preferably, and if you have good connection or have had problems? Im supposed to be recieving 8mbps, but its no much faster than my last 1.1mbps connection, infact, u cant tell the difference whatsoever. Im not even going to bother ringing their customer support again, its most likely situated in the middle of iraq, as i cannnot understand a word one of the technical support team say, plus, they ask the most basic questions that uve already asked yourself before u rang in the first place, also they charge 50p a minute. Its rediculous.
