We 3 computers and 1 iPad that connect to our router.

One computer does not connect. The other devices work fine. It is the newest one and is hard wired to the router. It will not connect hard wired or wireless. I receive the following error message for both the wireless adapter and ethernet adapter.

I did all the basic things to try to resolve the issue including everything on the page except updating driver. Not sure that is the issue.

The fact that neither the wireless or hard wired connecting works has me baffled.

Is dhcp on or off? Do the setting for the network adapter(s) have/need static IPs defined? Who configured the router?

Hello JWBlue, is this machine running Windows 10?

If it is, try running the following commands and rebooting:
    Code:
    netsh winsock reset catalog
    Code:
    netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

    custom90gt and toughasnails like this.
