OEM wifi cards and "actual" wifi cards are exactly the same.
OEM simply refers to a manufacturer of equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer. It's essentially the same product.

Same product, but generally warranties, differ. OEMs usually don't have as good a warranty as a retail/"actual" product.

That said, the warranty on the OEM is usually more than enough.

FYI - The cards themselves are generally the same but they might have a different EPROM when comparing the OEM vs "actual" ones.

Lenovo laptops wont take the one from Newegg, you can install it just fine but the system will not boot or allow it to work. In those cases you gotta get the Lenovo/IBM version or hack the BIOS to disable it. The ones from Hong Kong are sometimes fake ones as well.

The M11x only has 2 antenna's for Wifi so the 6200 is perfect. The 6300 can use 3 antenna's.
