Hey guys here's what I'm trying to do, but to understand I guess I should give you the entire situation.

I have Direcway. It's hooked into a router. The router has wireless capabilites, but I have my desktop hooked directly into the router and my notebook runs on wireless. So it looks like this:

    Dway-Router-Desktop/Notebook

I want to hook my Xbox 360 into my Notebook so it can have net too, because my 360 and the router are far apart and the wireless extension for the 360 is like 90 bucks! So is it possible to do this?

    Dway-Router-Desktop/Notebook-360

    Thank you in advance,
    Taylor (Odin)

Put tin foil around the house ( on the walls roof floor ect ) and it will be a very bigger signal

I want to do the same thing, only I use a qwest actiontec router. (i am no computer genious here)-but can't you run an ethernet cable from the 360 to your lappy and turn on the (ICS) internet connection sharing? Can somebody try this out- im going to buy a 360 very soon.
