    Hey

    I am thinking about getting a Linksys Wireless Modem Router and I was wondering is it hard to set up a network with a wired eithernet connection to my PC and a wireless connection to my laptop? Both need to have internet and file sharing.

    It's a piece of cake. Did you read through Nick's Wireless Guide at the top of this forum? That'll give you the basics, and then you can read the guide on selecting a router (also pinned at the top of this forum). The wired part is pretty much a plug and play affair.
