    Just wondering what some good network diagnostic utilities are out there for windows? I know about Nagios but from what I understand it is only for linux.

    For seeing what's going across your network, I've found Microsoft's free Network Monitor 3.1 to be quite useful - basically a packet capturing setup.

    nagios is amazing. ipmonitor is not too bad either...just spendy
