Why are you running in bridge mode vs router mode? Is your modem a modem/router? Is so you need to open the ports on modem/router.

Use https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 to test your open ports.

Also some ISP block specific ports too.

    The ISP is AT&T/Bellsouth
Modem is a stand alone Motorola
Router is mine Netgear WPN824 v2

I call them up the other day and they (ATT) had me change it to Bridge connections to both the Router and Modem

If the modem has a bridge mode it's a router too. If this is the case change the Netgear to Router mode, put you login info into the netgear. You may need to clone your mac address into the netgear, for your connection to come hot.

Normally all port forwarding has to be done from the router that see the internet 1st.
