One of our users has a Netgear WAP WG602v3 and another two Belkin Wireless G routers. All the laptops (Lenovo, Vaio) at his place detect all the networks except for one Vaio laptop using Intel 4965AGN wifi link. we have updated the drivers and done updates on the laptop but it still doesnot seem to work. any suggestions??

Perhaps a firmware upgrade for the router if it's available.

Make sure he does not have duplicate SSID/locations as this can cause problems. Delete the failed connection, then restart the NB. When it locates the wireless enter the PW when prompted. Also check the advanced properties of the wireless card. Look to see if it's set to 11n only, or b/g. May need to force it to 11g and see if that helps.
