The Netgear website states a 90 day trial period but as you can see in my previous post that the email info I received for the sign up clearly states 30 day trial.

Also in the terms you must agree not to be part of a class action suite and that the payments may get renewed if you don't cancell and return the router.

It does not say when the router will ship.

It’s actually $499.99 for retail, but if you are on Premier Beta however you don’t actually get to own the device.

April 9th was the date for purchase availability on Amazon for the RAX120 then they took down the page. It was priced at $499. The RAX200 also labeled as AX12 is priced at $600. These are retail prices.

The Premier Beta will cost more due to the “perks” of extra support and ability change to a new test model. Effectively you are paying to beta test units. When selected, I asked if there is a buyout option but Netgear said it’s lease only, so you can’t keep units in the Premier Beta.
