    Hey all,

After having much trouble with Intel 2200BG and Linksys WRT54GS, I finally decided to get a new router.

My first choice was to replace the 2200BG with the Atheroes A/B/G but can't since my notebook (Asus W5A) does not have user accessible mini-pci slot. (Stinks..)

So I played with settings, firmwares and drivers, it seemed like it was working ok until played movies (avi and Divx) over wireless network. My media server in the living room to my bedroom - about 7ft away. (this has never been a problem with my old laptop with Atheroes A/B/G and the Linksys)

While playing the movies, there were pauses and loss of connection happened all the time.

So let me please ask all of you with 2200BG in your systems, what kind of Router should I get??

If you could, please be specific about the make and model #.

The price tag isn't much of problem as long as it does not drop signals and gives troubles.

Is a MIMO capable router worth to get??

Any input, thoughts and opinion are greatly appreciated

    Thanks in advance
