    Press Release:

Linksys today announced its WRT610N Simultaneous Dual-N Band Wireless Router.

The new router joins Linksys' WRT600N as the company's second dual-band, dual-radio draft 802.11n router. The 600N's new features include a new form factor using internal antennas that brings the router in line with the company's current router design approach.

Other new features include "Entertainment Optimized Networking (EON) (enhanced QoS), Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) support, LELA 3.0, support for Mac OS users, "green" packaging and ENERGY STAR certified power adapter. The 610N retains gigabit WAN and LAN ports and the "Storage Link" feature that turns a USB flash or hard drive into networked storage.

The WRT610N is available now at typical street pricing of $160.
