    For some odd reason every time i put a password on my wireless connection whenever i disconnect from it and try and reconnect to it my laptop cannot reconnect it gets to retrieving IP address or something like that and it connects but it says limited or no connectivity and i was wondering how i could fix it so i could get my secure connection back.[8D]

    I'm assuming you are trying it, close to your router. What you may want to do is see if you turn off broadcasting SSID if that works better. It will still pretty much protect your network, but may not act up with it on.

    i was wondering i've been having my connection whenever it connects to the internet through it that most of the time when i connect to the internet it always connects at 1mbps and once in a great while it'll connect at the full speed of 11mbps. why is that and can i fix it?
