Hi. I will use my cell phone(sony ericson z710i) as a GPRS modem to connect to the internet since i don't have any other option where i'll be going. Do you have any suggestions to reduce traffic to a minimum(i'm charged with 40 eurocents/MB)? I'll only do some basic browsing and IMing with yahoo. Do You have any suggestions for browser settings(firefox 3)?

And as for IMing, what is best? Yahoo messenger or an online client like meebo?

    Thanks in advance.

Use a ad blocker, and block all pic would be a start. Use a modified host file to prevent the browser from going on web for ad sites.
