I bought a Medion 96350 note book a three of years ago and wanted now to go wireless. I have bought a wireless modem/router which seems to work happily with an ipad but I can't find how to switch on the notebook. The manual says there is a quick launch button but can't find it although there is an unlit led on the front for wireless antena when/if it switches on. None of the Fn and function keys work. Have been on to Medion who suggested I download their drivers have done this and it still doesn't work. The properties on the driver say the device is working properly. I am using Vista 32 bit. Going round in circles with the help desk at Medion. Has anyone got any suggestions before I throw the thing out of the window?

According to the manual the Fn+F7 key should turn it on. I also queried about wireless problems on your model and found several posts about it. Here is a solution from a post I translated with google.
