Does a router with these features exist?

    - 802.11n
    - Gigabit ports
    - Simultaneous 2.4/5GHz networks
    - Printing/scanning server (Canon PIXMA MX300)
    - If possible, third-party firmware capability and wall mounting

Not that I'm aware of - at least in terms of having the capacity to act as a printing/scanning server. Most printers that are coming out now are network-ready unto themselves, so I don't think that a lot of router makers are adding printer/scanner functionality to their routers.

Asus RT_N16 a bit pricey but you will love the specs, it has what your looking for minus the 5ghz band..

    DD-WRT support

Linksys WRT610N has meets all your requirements, but for a whole lot more.

DD-Wrt is a bit new on this device still in the firmware testing phase, take a read of the dd-wrt thread an see if it still appeals to you.
