What I have right now is a Nintendo WiFi USB connector using a modified driver and a modified program to create an Access point for our house; but this does have issues, mainly after leaving it on for a while, the connector does not allow me to connect to it if I ever do disconnect, and I have to unplug it before it starts working again. It works via a network bridge through my Desktop server, using USB.

I know they actually exist without having to hack various files for it to work, but I've never seen one around, so any recommendations? Wireless N would be nice, but I think that's asking a bit much.

I was looking for something like that too sometime ago. I just ended up buying a wireless router. But I did come across something that might help. Basically a USB access point, and it sounds like exactly what you need. It's called the Synet Windy31 USB Wireless Router. Check out a review here

    Seems pretty legit :)
