Okay, I'm thinking about getting this router, but I was wondering something. The Nintendo Wii isn't Wireless N, it's just G, I think. So does that mean everything else has to suffer and go to G just for the Wii? If that's the case, maybe there's a different router I should get.

No. If you set it to mixed mode G devices will work at G speeds while N devices will work at N speeds.
Alternatively you can separate them and make 2.4GHz 802.11b/g band and 5GHz a 802.11n band- this is possible only if all your N devices are capable of working at 5GHz band.
Anyway- what you mentioned is not a problem.

Thanks. Do you think that router is good or is there a better alternative?

Second best probably. Netgear WNDR3700 is the best as of now but WNDR3700v2 that surfaces in stores right now is not as good as the original one. On top of that WNDR3700 users report that firmware gets worse with every release.
Anyway- you can safely go for E3000 knowing that you're buying one of the best routers.
