I am seriously considering getting the WRT600N for my home network. I have several external USB hard drives varying from 500GB to 2TB in sizes and would like to have them all as shared drives in my network. Will I be able to add a USB hub to the WRT600N USB port and connect all of my external hard drives to it? Will they be recognized and become available as network shared drives ?

My other option is getting the Apple Airport Extreme as it seems it can recognize a USB hub and all the attached hard drives and printers.

As far as I know, the Linksys is only programmed with the USB protocols needed to work with a hard drive and not a hub. It might work, but it probably won't.
