    Hello
I have Linksys router WAG160N, I tried to upgrade it to the latest firmware version, then I got a wrong page saying Bad Request.
Anyway I restarted my router, now I can't access its page through my browser, I get message:
    500 Internal Error

Something unexpected went wrong running a CGI program

    What should I do?

    Thanks

Try resetting it to factory default, check the second post from this link

Note: The OP has different router than yours but I figured it might work for you too.

Thanks, but I tried steps, but didn't help.
I couldn't complete step 10, so I guess my firmware is corrupt, I downloaded tftp.exe, but when I click "Upgrade", I get this message: Unable to get responses from the server
The router is connected to my PC by LAN.

You sure you've filled the "Server" tab properly? Does the computer you're running tftp actually has an internet connection?
