Question, would Linksys E1000 be able to reach ( range wise) as far as EUSSO router?

    EUSSO specs. ( 802.11g ) http://www.eusso.com/models/wireless/ugl2454-rtk/ugl2454-rtk.htm
RF Output Power 16 – 18 dbm (typical)
2.4GHz Detachable 3dBi Reverse SMA Antenna

    Linksys specs. ( 802.11n ) http://www.linksysbycisco.com/EU/en/products/E1000
RF Pwr (EIRP) in dBm 17.5 dBm
    Antenna Gain in dBi 1.5 dB ( it has two antennas...then 2x ? = 3.0dB )

EUSSO is quite old and its detachable antenna is sort of borked, so I was thinking about getting one with internal antennas? Would singnal strengh decrease noticably due to that?

If E1000 wouldn't do the *trick*, could you please recommend something that would?

    Maybe this ? http://www.linksysbycisco.com/EU/en/products/WRT54GL ... I am a bit clueless
    ...
Or would E2000 do it ?
