OK I have the LAG's setup on the switch but Im now wondering how I setup the NICs on the server. What IP address schemes and such. My network uses static IPs and I need the servers to have set IPs in order for DNS and such to function. Thanks for your help!

802.3ad Link aggregation? What operating system and what NICs?

With Windows, you usually need NICs from the same manufacturer was well as driver support. Intel NICs have a Teaming tab where you can aggregate links into one.

If you're running Linux, you can try bonding them like so: Network Card Bonding On CentOS | HowtoForge - Linux Howtos and Tutorials

You can give the aggregated interface whatever IP or MAC address you want.

Both servers are 2003, one has 4 Broadcom NICs and the other has Nvidia NICs. I need to re-download the driver for the broadcom nics as I do not have a teaming tab on the BACS interface and I have not touched the other server yet.

Teams should be in the menu bar of BACS, but that may vary w/ the software version.

Well the broadcom suite directly from braodcom came through for me. Install was simpler and faster then the dell version and teaming is now an option.
