I need to do what the title says, but I can only use things I have here.

For some reason, the PC I am getting files from, when I share the folder on the network, it doesn't show in My network place's. (I have also tried entering it myself "//NAME/NAME". Still nothing.

I only cat5 cables, and a USB-to-USB cable somewhere, and thats it.

    Anything I can do?

I need to get this done ASAP

You need a Cat5 Crossover Ethernet Cable. You can recognise that by looking at the ends of the cables. The pattern of coloured wires should be the same if its a crossover cable. If your not using a Crossover cable, it wont work.
