    Hello everyone!

My brother just bought a new Dell laptop but the internet wouldn't work. In out house, I have a Dell laptop and my other brother has a Asus desktop. We click connect to the internet but it says "Limited Connectivity to Netgear" and then a little box pops up "Wi-fi Technology: Adapter Not found".

The thing is that when my brother tried it at my uncle's house. His laptop connects smoothly into my uncle's connection but it doesn't at home.

I'm not a tech-savvy but my brother is even worst, so here I am, asking for pointers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
