I cannot get my Lenovo Access Connections Software to connect to my Verizon Wireless Hotspot. It also failed to connect to other Verizon Wifi signals in the Verizon Store. Everywhere else it is working OK. Any ideas on what is causing the problem?

Try to uninstall the software altogether and make sure that windows service responsible for maintaining wireless connections is on.
Basically you don't need Lenovo software- Windows can make it on its own.
