Hi there, I have been trying to get a friends Lenovo laptop to work properly. The wireless wont work. I have installed the WLAN driver and the hotkey driver to, but im still not able to turn the WLAN on.

I have tried to re-install the drivers, restart of the computer but nothing seems to be working :(

Can anyone please help me a little?

    Best regards, oDDi.

How do i turn it on in BIOS? I can't seem to find the right place for turning it on.

Edit: I just sorted it out, the laptop has an tiny button down infront of the laptop.

In my lap Fn+F2 is related to turn on/off WiFi. But anyway, it could be a couple of things; the WiFi/BT switch is turned OFF, the router's parameters haven't been properly stup, the laptop wireless adapter doesn't match the router's setup (e.g. WEP/WPA), a wireless network hasn't been setup.

One question though, can you connect using ethernet?
