    Hi everyone,
I recently bought a cheap refurbished Micron Transport Trek 2 w/ XP and can't get a mouse to work w/ it. When I plug into a USB port, I get nothing, but when I plug into the PS2, it comes on and is recognized but won't move.MSP's online support says to go to setup and configure for 2 mice as the touchpad is a PS2.However when I go to setup, it's Phoenix Bios set up utility w/no drop down for XP-latest is 95/98 with no mention of mouse at all. I'm completely stumped-any ideas?
    Thanks Much!!

Are you looking at 'Mouse' in 'Control Panel?' That's probably where you can choose to use an external mouse. Also, do you have the driver for the mouse installed? It probably is included with XP, but you may have to install it separately from a disk or something?

Thanks Pixelot-I had already done both those-I think the issue I can't solve is how to get the lapyop to recognize 2 ps2 mice-I can't figure out how to do it in setup.

Look closely under your mouse control panel advanced settings. I have no problem with mine but it must be plugged in when you boot, if not no work. If you disconnect it I can not replug it in and have it work. It's the the way PS2 has alway worked. If you need plug an play use USB.
