I have a 3820TG and it's having connection issue to wireless networks. I can't seem to connect to certain networks sometime whether it be at the starbucks, university network, or a friend private network. My notebook can detect it but when I try to connect to the network it tells me windows cannot connect to network. I think it's a problem with my netbook since my friend can connect to networks with no difficulties.

    Look here:

    Download and run from Acer:

Need to know the hardware on your system to choose the right drivers?

    Download ,Notebook>Aspire> Aspire 3820TG

Then reinstall the drivers from ACER and update the drivers from the manufacturer of your wifi card and all hardware.

    Cheers

Sometimes deleting the network from Network Connections and reconnecting fixes the problem. I had to do this on several laptops at work.

Not really sure what the problem is, but try this first because it only takes a few seconds to do.
