    I would like to have my laptop which is wirellessly connected to be connected to my desktop which is direltly connected with my router...
    plz help

    The only exp. i had with this is hacking two internet lan cafe computers and making them play wolfenstein with each other, but i cant seem to find the selection things which i chose last time

    Unsure of what you mean.


    If you are using the same router between 2 comps, in lan you should be able to see each other without any need for programs.

    If you want to connect without any sort of router, you'll need a null-modem (cross-over) cable. You can either make your own or get one at a store. I'm with cori, I don't really understand your question. You should just be able to setup a workgroup in windows between all the computers involved.

    Ok. thanks for the responds.
    I have a desktop which is connected to my router directly through wires.
    My laptop is wirelessly connected to the same router.
    If i go under lan in counterstrike on both computers and start a lan server on my laptop, will both computers be able to access it without unblocking any access or anything?
