    Killer Network Manager:
    Fixed issue where text was cut off in some situations.

    Doubleshot-Pro is not available when Bandwidth Control is off - adjusted the check boxes/selections to properly convey this.

    Fixed issue where sometimes DNS was not being properly handled when Killer Bandwidth Control was enabled.

    Updated to latest Killer Wireless-N and Killer Wireless-AC drivers for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.
