    Issue with some firewall [+WIFI]

    Hello, I’m new here, but I’ve been reading articles in this forum for a while.

    I just got my dv5000 as you can see in the signature, but I’m having some little issues with using any kind of p2p, and also playing online games.
    Well first let me tell you my situation.
    I’m connected with a D-Link WBR – 2310 router, in fact I’m a little bit far form the router, because my room is far from the router… but anyway, the signal strength is low, but I don’t think this would be the problem.
    So what could it be?
    Firewall ?
    Some config. In the router… port forward or something??

    If you are having a low signal strength that can be an issue, especially while gaming. Maybe you could elaborate exactly what the problem is? High pings? cant connect? etc

    Well. i'm trying to play Lineage2, so i can't pass through the pag name/password, or connect to the server, even if i go close to the router and get good signal.
    the p2p issue, is when i select something to download, it says initializing and it doesn't go any further, it says that the port is closed. and i've only tried to use the soul seek!
